Can it work in my domain? Yes. The same Skill Engine runs every Domain. We configure how your industry talks and what “done” means. We do not ship a custom-coded robot for each customer’s screens, and we do not hard-code your button names into the engine.

How does validation work? Operators upload photos or videos; the system compares to target states, flags deviations, and logs an Episode that updates memory and guidance.

Is autonomy safe? Skills run behind RBAC/approvals, with policy gates and full audit trails. You can deploy on-prem/VPC and choose your LLM.

Will our docs go stale? Episodes feed both the automation and the manual—so guidance and reality stay in sync.

How is pricing calculated? We offer cloud SaaS, BYOK (bring your own API key), and on-premise deployment. Verification API (Agent Proof) starts at $99/mo (Standard) or $249/mo (Premium), each including 1,000 requests and 100 evidence minutes; overage is $0.10–$0.35/request and $0.25–$0.60/evidence minute. Manual Generation plans: Starter ($149/mo, 50 video minutes, $0.25/min overage), Business ($1,499/mo, 1,200 minutes, $0.15/min overage), and Enterprise (custom). How do you handle my data? Is it safe and private? By default, we delete evidence (images and videos) automatically immediately after the proof report is generated. Retention is optional and configurable only if your team requires audit storage. This keeps your data minimal and trust-first.

What deployment options exist for private or sensitive data? We offer both cloud and on-premise deployment. For highly sensitive data, you can deploy SeekBytes on-prem or in your VPC, keeping all processing within your infrastructure. Enterprise plans include private deployment and on-prem options.

What are the best practices for creating operational videos? We recommend recording at 1080p or higher, using stable bitrate (MP4, H.264), high contrast for OCR, and clear step-by-step actions with brief pauses. Use legible fonts (14pt+), avoid sensitive data on screen, and segment long operations into 5–10 minute clips. Is SeekBytes just ChatGPT on a screen recording? No. A generic model can describe a video. SeekBytes turns the same evidence into a governed procedure and a Skill you can run — with independent proof of what the screen showed, not only what an agent claimed. Rules you approve run the same way every time.

Will you have to rebuild the product for our application? No. We configure your Domain: vocabulary, rules, and what “done” looks like. Customer screens and button names are not hardcoded into the engine. We do not ship a custom-coded robot for each customer’s screens.

How long has this been in use? The Domain Skill Engine has been in continuous development since December 2024 and was AI-native from the first line of product code. It is in production, and teams also use the same live Skill Engine to evaluate it. SeekBytes Private Limited was incorporated in 2026. The company is new; the engine is not a five-month prototype.
