SeekBytes Privacy PolicyThis page explains what SeekBytes keeps, what we delete, and what remains your organization's responsibility when you use the website or the product.
Uploaded videos, images, and documentsA video, image, or document you submit for a processing run is deleted when that run finishes, including when the run fails. It is not kept for a later run. To try again, upload the file again.
Manuals and verification resultsA manual, procedure, or verification result produced for your organization stays in that organization's workspace so your team can review and use it, until you delete it or a Customer Agreement sets a different period.
Short-lived run evidenceScreenshots and similar run evidence used to check a run are removed after a short time, about one hour, unless a Customer Agreement keeps that evidence longer. This evidence is not published as a public folder.
AccountWhen you create an account we keep the organization name, your name, email address, and role so the workspace can sign you in. A password or API credential is stored only as a one-way hash, not as the original secret.
EnquiriesIf you contact us, book a demo, request a sample manual, or use the deployment planner, we keep the name, email, organization, and message you send so we can reply or send what you asked for.
PaymentsCard numbers and security codes are handled by Stripe, our payment provider. SeekBytes keeps subscription and invoice references, not the card number.
Language, sign-in, and formsThe public site stores a cookie for the language you choose and, when you sign in, a cookie for the sign-in session. Public forms also use a human-verification check so they are not filled in by automated traffic.
Activity recordsWe record API access and important account actions. A record can include the request path, the result, the time, and the network address. It does not include passwords or API credentials.
Privacy is shared. This is who does what.
SeekBytesSeekBytes Private Limited is responsible for the public website, for account and billing records, and for keeping one customer's workspace records out of another customer's lists. We delete source uploads when a run finishes, as this page describes.
Your organizationYour organization decides what its people record and upload. Record only systems and documents you are allowed to use. Keep passwords, API credentials, and other people's personal data off the recording when you can. Review a result before you treat it as the way the work is done.
